Acceptable use & the Mojang EULA

You must comply with the Mojang/Minecraft EULA at all times while using Nuxiak.

Suspension & bans

We may suspend or ban your account or IP address at any time if we believe you are engaged in suspicious behavior or are violating the Mojang EULA or these terms.

Service provided “as is”

The service is provided as-is. Any uptime expectations are described per tier.

Trademarks

Server, product, and game names are owned by their respective companies, not Nuxiak.

Affiliation

Nuxiak is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or any other company except RoKingdom.

Billing

Paid tiers are billed through Stripe, which sends your receipts. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Refund terms, if any, are shown at checkout.
